Our story is fun and personal. It all started with a single batch of gelato;  since that first batch of perfection, we found love at first taste. Hema — the genius behind the Dolci Paradisco legacy — is a nurse by trade who found her passion for desserts as she traveled across America sampling the nation’s best gelato and pastries. Realizing that her love for making people smile could carry over from her nursing career to her first gelato and pastry shop, Dolci Paradiso was born.

​Hema’s goal is to use classic French and Italian styles in all of the Dolci desserts, but incorporate her traditional Indian background by adding unique flavor profiles to creations. By adding spices and flavors normally found in Indian fare, Hema has seamlessly created flavor profiles unlike anything found in the current market.

​Today, Dolci Paradisco is a community staple, perfect for Sunday gatherings, after school treats, weekday morning meetings, and so much more. We pursue not just top quality, mouthwatering desserts, but we want to be an unforgettable sensory experience.
